Mythical stories are the focus of this year's program, "The Living Room: Northern Lights. The northern lights are, quite rightly, on the bucket list of many. This special edition of the AVROTROS Friday Concert offers fans the chance to immerse themselves in arctic atmospheres for an evening, with matching music, soundscapes and visuals. The Groot Omroepkoor follows the northern lights with choral compositions from Iceland, Scandinavia and the Baltic countries, among others, led by conductor Benjamin Goodson and in collaboration with Bjarte Eike (violin), Hans Knut Sveen (keys), Noralie (visuals) and Elsina Jansen (direction).
